SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
Purchases above $400, 1.95% of the actual shipping costs will be added to your invoice. For UPS ground shipping, which is our standard delivery system in the continental United States and Canada, click hereto see the charges.
All charges will be automatically calculated, including taxes and postage, based on the cost of the order. There are countries outside the United States that charge Custom Duty; our international customers in these countries will meet these and other charges that may arise.
To ship orders to our international customers including those in Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico, we will use USPS priority mail. Products will not be mailed to Postal Boxes. Customers are free to inform us of any other preferable shipping method. Additional costs will be added to the existing cost for this service.
We pride ourselves in the quality of the products we sell to our customers. Please take into account that these beautiful products are all hand-made and therefore what you see in the pictures may vary slightly with what you receive. As you evaluate whether to return a product or exchange it, consider its beauty and its uniqueness then you will find that these small variations you see will not make you return or exchange that product.
We will exercise great care when packaging products. Should damage occur due to packaging, we will take the responsibility of replacing the product, if it is returned intact in its original packaging material.
Damage should be reported within 5 days of product receipt. If a product must be returned, it must be received back within 30 days from the date of purchase, with original receipt and with completed return form included.
The order will be credited back less the original shipping cost and less the product return shipping costs.
To replace the product returned, a new order will need to be placed. An order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed.
